To choose your momento, you must do the following:
- Go to Home Page and scroll down to "Choose Your Memento" section
- Select one item and click Add To Shopping Cart
- Enter Quantity of 1 and click Checkout
- Enter "Your Code" received from the Office of IU Online and click Continue
- Enter your personal information and click Continue
- Complete your transaction by clicking on Information Request
- If you order more than one, we will send you the bottle only!
- Please enter a physical address as we do not ship to a P.O.Box.
- Congratulations, your order has been submitted
- You can expect your promotional item to arrive within 3-4 weeks
- A confirmation email will be sent to you
